wise appertaining, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in the Declaration of
Condominium recorded in OR Book 186. paAe 2720. Circuit Court Clerk's Of~ice, St. Lucie County,
F`lorida. As amended in OR Book 192, page 793-820. G~rcait Court Clerk's O~ice, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD. the same in fee simple, forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized of said land in fee
simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it hereby fully
warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the Iawfnl claims of all persons,
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
