Gf=ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together :
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands desiqnated by said ~
Plat and Declaration (as amended) as caumon elements and limited common ~
elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
without impairinq the lien on the remaining part of the property described in that
