with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands desiqnated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amendecl) as common elements and limited common
elements;, and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and a,ppurtenances thereunto
belonqing or in anywise appertaining;
without impairinq the lien on the remaininq part of the property described in that
