Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Ueclaration (as amendecl) as caumon elements and limited common
clements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto ~
belonqinq or in anyMrise appertaining;
without impairinq the lien on the remaininq part of the property described in that
