DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorizeci to do business in
the State of Florida, dated January 12, 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 182,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paqe 1001, Public Records of St.

real property in that County described ase
Lot No. 1128 , Section II , in that certain Condaminium known as
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island. according to plat of Nettles
Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condaninium, Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands uesignated by said
Plat and Ueclaration (as amended) as couymon elements and limited common
elements; and, (ii) all t~nements, hereditaments and a~purtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaininq;
without impairinq the lien on the remaining part of the property described in that
Mortqage.
