certain deed frcm Mather-Fort Pferce Corp., in which she is designateci as
Joy Swwaerlin, which deed was dated May 5, 1955, filed May 10, 1955 in Deed
Book 201, paqe 196, in the Public Records o~ St. Lucie County, Flosida, coverinq
the follo~inq described property, to-wits ~
Lot 7. BLock 18, SONRISE BSTATBS, as revarded
in Plat Hook 8, page 75 ot the Public Records
of St. Lucie t7ounty, Florida.
2. That she and said Fred Leland Suaaerlin ~rere divorced on January 26, 1970
and Fred L. Su~erlin vonveyed his interest in the above desczibed property to ~
Joycelyn Jane Susmerlin by deed dated February 24, 1970 filed Narch 3. 19~0 in
Official Records Book 183, page 777 in the Public Records of said St. Iucie
County, Florida in Which he did not state whether he Was sinqle.
3. That the Joy Swwaerlin and Joyce Jane Sum~erlin, the grantee in the deeds
set forth in paraqraphs 1 and 2 above are one and the same person.
4. That Fred Leland Suaimerlin, qrantee in the deed set forth in paraqraph 1 ~
above and Frederick L. Suaoerlin, the grantee in the deed set forth in paraqraph ?
2 above are one and the sa~e person and that he was a sinqle person on February t
24, 1970, the date he executed the deed set forth in paragraph 2 above. ~
