SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Rodger P, Sitzmann and '

Freda A. Sitzmann, his wife, parties of the second pai•t in those certain
Articles of Agreement, executed by and between Sophus Petersen, Jr, a~d
Elly Petersen, his wife, parties of the first part, and Rodger P. Sitzmann
and Freda A. Sitzmann, his wife, parties of the second part, under date

of August 12, 1970, recorded OR Book 178, page 259, of the public records ;

of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering by reason of said agreement
real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows:
All of Lot 11 and Lot 12, less the South 30 feet, Block 13,
SILVER LAKE PARK ADDITION, as pe r plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10, page 8, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
At the request of said parties.of the second part and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10. 00) Dollars and other valuable consideration inuring to
the undersigned from First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort
Pier ce, do hereby subordinate the terms of the said ArticZes of Agreement
and any indebtedness secured th ereby to the lien and operation of that certain
mortgage, and the indebtedness secured thereby executed by Sophus Petersen, Jr.
and Elly Petersen, his wife, to First Federal Savings & Loan Association of
Fort Pierce, under date of August 4, 1972, recorded in OR Book 204, page
2792 of public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of
Seven Thousand ($7, 000. 00) Dollars and encumbering the above-described f
real property, in the same manner-and effect as if said mortgage had been
dated and filed for public record prior to and in advance of the said Articles of
Agreement held by the undersigned which is hereby subordinated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto fixed our hands and seals
