Togeth~r wiih all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there- t
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlEed, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, warer, light, power, retrigeration, vent;liat;on or
other services, and any other thi~g now or hereafter _therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, i~cluding screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, floor
