COMES NOW, RICHARD OSHRIN, Sprinq Valley, New York, who, upon
being first duly sworn did depose and say as follows:
That he is the only child of George L. Oshrin and Charlotte
Oshrin; that his father, George L. Oshrin, d~ed during the month i
of June, 1961, without leaving a Last Will and Testament; that
his mother, Charlotte Oshrin, died October 25, 1968, leaving a
Last Wi11 and Testament in which the undersigned was named as
sole benefic,iary. ~
That prior to his death your affiant's father, George L. Oshrin,
was a holder and owner of a certain mortgage, dated February 5, 1957,
executed by Paul Leichter and Mary Leichter, his wife, and Rudolph
Goldstein and Anita Goldstein, his wife, to George L. Oshrin, being
recorded in Mortgage Book 134, page Z63-166, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; said Mortgage encumbered the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The West 1/4 of SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East
115 feet of the South 300 feet thereof, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, containing 9 1/4 acres
more or less.
That it appears from rec~rds available to your affiant from his
father's papers that the above described mortgage was paid in full in
the year I960, when the final payment thereon b~came due and payable.
Attached to this Affidavit is a machine copy of a Satisfaction o€
Mortgage form on a New York state form, which indicates that the
above described Mortgage was paid and that your affiant's father,

George L. Oshrin acknowledged this fact under date of April 6, 1960,
f
in the presence of Charlotte H. Oshrin, your affiant's mother. The
Satisfaction of MOrtgage form was acknowledged in Rockland County, -
New York, before Charles B. Berg, a Notary Public of Rockland County,
.
New York; apparently the original of the above described Satisfaction #
of Mortgage form has been mispiaced and was never recorded in the
Fublic Records cf St. Lucie County, Florida.
