Paul Leichter to my father, George L. Oshrin, together with
copy of envelope addressed to my father George L. Oshrin, 60 Hempstead
Road, Spring Valley, New York, which said envelope is postmarked
Miami, Florida, February 12, 1960, 11:30 A. M., the reverse side
of said envelope qiviag the sender's name as Paul Leichter, 651 N. E.
86th Street, Miami, 38, Florida. Said letter contained in said
envelope shows.that my father received final payment of the mortgage
_ in February, 1960. Also attached to this Affidavit is a machine
copy of a carbon copy of a letter dated February 13, 1960, addressed
to Paul Leichter, 651 N. E. 86th Street, Miami, 38, Florida, from
my father, George L. Oshrin. This letter acknowledges receipt of
Mr. Leichter's check in the sum of $683.33, representing the final
payment on the St. Lucie County property. ~
That contemporaneously with the execution of this Affidavit,
your Affiant has executed a Satisfaction of Mortgage on a Florida
form, executed in the same as the sole surviving heir at law of
George L. Oshrin and Charlotte Oshrin, the mother and father respect- ~
fully of your affiant.
