feet to a concrete monument; thence South 79° 26' East a distance of 155 feet to a concrete

the Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road; thence North S1° 06' East along the
Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road a distance of 130 feet to a point; thence
continue along the Southerly right-of-way l~ne of Qkeechobee Road North 510 14' East a dis-
tance of 105 feet to point of beginning, said tract hereby conveyed being a part of the North
West ~ of the SouthEast ~ of Southwest ~ of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, and
being same land acquired by Tremarco Corporation by deed from Arthur 0. Axelsen and wife,
Betty Axelsen, dated June 25, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, Page 279, Saint Lucie County,
Florida, Public Records and by Deed from B. G. Robinson and wife, Margaret M. Robi~son dated
August 2, 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, Page 276, Saint Lucie County, Florida Public
Records.
LESS that portion of the herein described property conveyed to the State of Florida for road
right-of-way by Special Warranty Deed, dated October 17, 195$, described as follows:
A parcel of land in the NW~ of the SE~ of the SW~ of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the South right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road and the West
right-of-way line of 35th Street (formerly known as Kirby Loop Road) and run Southerly along
said West right-of-way line a distance of 62.98 feet; thence Westerly, at right angles to said
West right-of-way line a distance of 5 feet to the beginning of a radial return concave to
the Southwesterly; thence Mortherly and Westerly on said radial return having a central a~gle
of 127° 13' 30" and a radius of 25 feet, a distance of 55.51 feet to the end of said radial
return; thence South 50° 55~ 41" West a distance of 176.12 feet to a point; thence Northerly
a distance of 7.66 feet to the South right-of-way line"of Okeechobee Road, thence Northeast-
erly on said South right-of-way line a distance of 235 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; con-
taining 0.059 of an acre, more or less.
This is a second mortgage subject to a first mortgage to Citizens Federal Savings
and Loan Association of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount of $24,800.00,
dated February 12, 1965, and recorded in O.R. Book 111, Page 30, of the Pubiic

Together with all buildings, improvemsnts, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thi~g now or hareafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad@s, storm doors and windows, f~oor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water hQsters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
declared to be a part of said real estate whether physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
all easements ar,d tha rents, issu~s and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred and set over unto the Mortgagee, wheth~r now due or hereafter to become due as prov~ded in the
Sup?leme~tal Agreemert secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
