AFFIDAVIT
ROBERT J. EVANS, JR., Executive Vice President, Citizens
Federal Savings & Loan Association, for purposes of clarification
of the existence of a mortqage lien on the following described real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 290 feet of the East 150 feet of Lot 10
in NW 1/4 of Section 23 and from the SW corner of
Lot 9 in the NW 1/4 run North 326 feet for Point of
Beginning, then continue North 170 feet to the
Westerly Right of Way,20 feet access road then
Southeasterly on Right of Way 213 feet then West
129 feet to Point of Beginning and East 150 feet of
Lot 10 less the South 290 feet and less the North
30 feet lying West of West Right of Way of access
road and less turnpike, in Model Land Company Sub-
division, in Section 23, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
2, at Page 10, of the Public Records of St. Lucie.
County, Florida. .
ALSO DESCRIBED AS: ~
From the SW corner of Lot 9 in the NW 1/4, run
North 326 feet for a P.O.B., then run North 170
feet to the westerly line of the 15 foot access
road, then run southeasterly~on the westerly line
of R/W 213 feet, then run West 129 feet to P.O.B.
and the East 150 feet of Lot 10, less the North
30 feet and less the turnpike Right of Way access
road. Section 23, Township 35, Range 39, St. Lucie
i County, Florida.

' and the original mortgage being Loan No. 1167 which mortgage is recorded
in O.R. Book 183 at Page 2996 and re-recorded in O.R. Book 184 at Page
895 in the original amount of $6,000.00, said mortgage being f iled
April 13, 1970, should have been satisfied as of record by Citizens
Federal, but Citizens Federal erroneously satisfied as of record the
second mortgage dated and filed June 15, 1972, which second mortgage
refinanced the original mortgage loan and is recorded in O.R. Book 203
at Page 1137 of St. Lucie County Public Records. The purpose of this

~ affidavit is to clarify the liens existing on the above described pro-

~ perty, and the mortgaqe dated April 11, 1970, filed April 13, 1970, in ~
the original amount of $6,000.00 has been paid and the refinanced mort- ~
~
~ gage being our Loan No. 2223, dated and f iled June 15, 1972, in the ~
~ ~
original amount of $8,500.00 is unpaid and is in full force and effect
