THIS WARRANTY DEED made the ~d~ day of December, 1970, by
DOROTHY T. GRIFFIN and BRYANT W. GRIFFIN, her husband, herein-
after called the Grantors, to FRED T. CARPENTER and LILLIAN V.
CARPENTER, his wife, whose postoffice address is Route 4,
Box 890, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the
