the following described land situate, lying and being in City of Port
St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to wit:
Lots 28 and 29, Block 75 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 28, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 7, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record: zoning and other regulatory ordinances and taxes
for the year.
BEING the same premises canveyed to Dervis G. Serol and Mildred E.
Serol, his wife, by warranty deed of General Development Corporation
dated July 9, 1969, and recorded in the Public Records of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, on July 28, 1969, in OR Book 178,
page 2979.
The said riildred E. Serol died on May 26, 1972, title to the within
described premises thereby vesting in Dervis G. Serol, Grantor herein,
as surviving tenant by the entireties.
