Personally appeared before me, the undersigned
suthority, IDA M. KING RAULERSON who, after being first duly
sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is also known as IDA K. RAULERSON;
that on January 1, 1959 she married Edgar L. Raulerson at
Fort Pierce, Florida, and that the parties were later divorced,
and that a Final Judgment of Divorce was entered in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida in Case ~~70-528 on
the 29th day of March, 1971.
2. That prior to your affiant's marriage~to Edgar
L. Raulerson, she was the fee simple title owner of the follow-
ing real property, to-wit:
Lot 10, and the West 8 feet of vacated
alley on the east, Block 2, Killer's
Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 43, public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 3. That the record title to the subject property,

~ as described above, rests in the name of IDA M. KING and that
~ the said IDA M. KING and IDA K. RAULERSON are one and the same
person who owns the above described real property.
