WOLFF, Individually and as Trustee for Erwin Sharps and Irvine Beinhorn and Elizabeth White, as recited in a certain instrument dated November 1, 1958, and filed in O.R. Book 8 at Page 689 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, and ERWIN SHARPS and IRVINE BEINHORN and ELIZABETH WHITE, said beneficiaries of said Trust, all do hereby acknowledge and declare that the indebtedness outstanding from George A. Simon, as Trustee for Walter Hart, in the amount of $6,674.00 has been paid and fully satisfie~. That in connection with said indebtedness, the undersigneds further state and confirm that there was never a mortgage given to secure said indebtedness on the following property: PARCEL l: All of Lot 2 of the Resub, of SURORO HEIGHTS, lying west of the new US Hwy #1 and lying east of the old US Hwy #1, as per plat on f ile in Plat Book 7, Page 14 of the Publ ic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom lands conveyed by W.E. Vassar and Ethel Louise Vassar, his wife, to Paul E. Eviston and Mary K. Eviston, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated October 1, 1954, recorded in Deed Book 194, Page 355 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, I~ Florida, and further excepting therefrom easements i for public roads and electric transmission and ~ distribution lines. PARCEL 2: All of the S 165 feet of the N 1378.5 feet of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/2 of Section 28, Township 34 S of Range 40 E lying W of the new US Hwy #l, except for the N 70.45 feet thereof sold to H.w. Kendall et ux, on May 7, 1954, and re- corded in Deed Book 191 at Page 77 of the Public ~ Records of St. Lucie County, Fl~orida, and further excepting that portion sold to Paul E. Eviston, et ux, on October l, 1954, and recorded in Deed Book 194.
