Vassar and Ethel Louise Vassar, his wife, to Paul E. Eviston and Mary K. Eviston, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated October 1, 1954, recorded in Deed Book 194 at Page 355, Public Record of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further excepting therefrom ease- ments for public roads and electric transmission and distribution lines .
