in connection with said platting, re-platting and dedications and shall be
paid for releasing tracts in accordance with the terms herein set forth. All
releases shall be executed at Mortgagee's expense.
The Mortgagee, his heirs, successors and assigns agrees to look solely to
the lands encumbered by this mortgage as his sole security and source for
the payment of the debt. No deficiency decree shall ever be sought or entered
against the Mortgagor herein, his successors and assigns in the event of
Mortgagor's default in the payments to become due under the terms of this
mortgage and note. ~
All payments made for releases shall be credited and applied towards the
nexr~ensuing principal payment or payments and any portion or all principal
payments made shall be applied towards the releases of additional lands from
the lien of this purchase money mortgage.
