PARTIAL RELEASE CLAUSE. Upon each annual payment of principal
being paid and there being no default under the terms of the mortgag~,
. ` the mortgagee shall release from the mortgage one acre of land. The
mortgagors shall have the right of prepayment without penalty and
~ for prepayment in increments of $10,714.29 representing ttte annual
j~ payments, one acre of land shall be released. The legal description
ii of the released land shall be provided by the mortgagors with an
accompanying sketch of.survey prepared by a licensed surveyor,
setting forth the parcel released in relation to the remaining
encumbered land and its relationship to other released parcels. All
'i releases shall be conti~uous commencing from the southwest corner of
