COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer, duly auth-
orized to administer oaths and take acknowledgments in
the State and County aforesaid, personally appeared CLARA
HOLLY ISENBERG, who being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
l. That she, CLARA HOLLY ISENBERG, and one
ALBERT R. ISENBERG, were legally married when they ac-
quired the fee simple title to the following described
real estate:
Beginning at the intersection of,the South boundary
of Government Lot 4, Section 3, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, and the East boundary of the present
County Road right-of-way and run thence Northwesterly
along said right-of-way 100 feet, and run thence East
; parallel with the South boundary of said Lot 4 390
feet, more or less, to the Atlantic Ocean; thence
run Southerly meandering the ocean shore line to the
i South boundary of said Lot 4; thence West along said
South boundary 389 feet, more or less, to Point of
Beginning.

that certain warranty deed dated August 12, 1953, recorded
ATzgust 31, 1953, in Deed Book 184, Page 293, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
