HomeMy WebLinkAbout1017 ~ LEASE This Lease, made this 18th day of August, A.D. 1972, by and between GEORGE W. BALDWIN, herein called the lessor, and CLARA HOLLY ISENBERG~ herein called the lessee, WITNESSETH, That in consideration of the covenants herein contained, on the part of the said lessee to be kept and performed, the said lessor does hereby lease to the said lessee the follow- ing described property: Beginning at the intersection of the South boundary of Government Lot 4, Section 3, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, and the East boundary of the present County Road right-of-way and run thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way 100 feet, and run _ thence East parallel with the South bound- • ary of said Lot 4 390 feet, more or less, to the Atlantic Ocean; thence run Southerly meandering the ocean shore line to the South boundary of said Lot 4; thence West along said South boundary 389 feet, more or less, to Point of Beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same for the term of one month, said month to be at Mrs. Isenberg's choice of June, July or August, 1973; said lessee receiving tYie>-right to occupy said premises for I said one month period as part of the consideration of the sale of ~ the above-described property. k f And the said lessee covenants with the said lessor to make no ~ € ~ unlawful, improper or offensive use of the premises; not to assign ~ this lease or to sub-let any part of said premises without the ~ written consent of the lessor; not to use said premises for any ~ other purpose than as a dwelling, and to quit and deliver up said premises at the end of said term in as good condition as they are nor (ordinary wear and decay and damage by the elements only ex- ~ cepted). And the said lessee hereby covenants and agrees that if ~ ~ the said lessee shall violate any of the covenants of this lease, ~ then said lessee shall become tenant at sufferance, hereby waiv- ~ ~ ing all right of notice, and the lessor shall be entitled immed- ~ iately to re-enter and re-take possession of the demised premises. ~ rHARIES E.
