and in the event Bortower [ails so to do, the Goverament is hereby authaized and empowered to enter in and upon the
premises and to fertilize, cullivate, care [or, and place in a productive condition the groves and achards and make and
maintain firebreaks on and around the same and the cost and expe~se theceof shall be paid by Borrower immediately upon
presentation ot an itemized statement thereoi and if not so paid same may be ~id by the Government, in accordance with
and subject to the prarisions of this mortgage: and Borrower will not to~+kork the grove or orchard trees without tirst
obtaining the written co~sent of the Government.
