~ Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, ~ncluding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in s:ngle units or cen-
frally controlled, used to suppiy heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, vent:l~ation or
~ other services, and any other thing now or hereafier the~ein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including screens, window shad~s, storm doors and windows, fioor
