THIS EXECUTORS' DEED made the ~ day of June, A.D. 1972 by
IRVING KAGAN, EDITH K. GROSSMAN and M~ K. STRIAR, as AncilZar

Executors of the Will oE Max Kagan, deceased, hereinafter called the
grantors, to FRED STICKEL and HILDA STICKEL, his wife, whose post ;
office address is 330 Adolphus Avenue, Cliffside Park, N. J.,
hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 arid other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell., alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: !

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 16, Township

said Section line a distance of 125 feet, thence run West,
