' ~ LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Beqin at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 4,
Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 40 East,
according to the Plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 35, of the St.
Lucie County Public Records; and run West on the
South line of said lot to the right af way of
Federal Highway and thence Northwesterly alonq the
said right of way line 693.06 feet, more or less,
thence East to the West line of County Road right
of way, thence South along said right of way to
South line of said lot. It being intended to
describe and convey Tract 1 as shown on the survey
map dated May 14, 1959, prepared by James E. Brock,
Registered Land Surveyor, Florida Certificate No.
688 attached to the deed from E. L. Firestone and
_ others to Milton Sirkin, Trustee, dated October 20,
1959 and recorded in St. Lucie County records on
October 28, 1959 under Clerk's File No. 59758.
