the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, all lying
and being in Section 18, Township 36 South of Range 41 East.
This mortgage is of equal dignity with that certain mortgage
between the same parties, dated March 27, 19?2, and recorded
on April 14, 1972 in Official Records Book 301, Page 1104,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. A default on
either of these mortgages shall constitute a default on both.
