Ulaili~i~inii~a~. public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and also
described in paragraph 2(c) of an easement for roads

of St. Lucie County, Florida."; and
Whereas, the Grantor desires to convey their interest in
said easements in connection with the conveyance by Grantor to
Grantees, by deed of even date, of certain lands to which these
easements are appurtenant;
Now, therefore, for and in the consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars and other good arid valuable considerations paid by
the Grantees to the Grantor, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor by these presents do grant, convey and set over to the
Grantees, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns, the following described non-exclusive easement, to-wit:
CANAL EASEMENTS. An easement for the continued operation,
maintenance and use or irrigation and drainage purposes of the pre-
sently existing canals or ditches located approximately along the
lines described below:
Canal A. Along the west boundary line of Section 5.
Canal 8. Along the south boundary line of Section 5
and the W 1/2 of Section 4.
Canal C. Along the boundary line common to the E 1/2
and the W 1/2 of Section 5. ~
Canal D. Along boundary line common to Sections 4 and 5.
Canal E. Along the north boundary line of Section 5 and
of the W 1/2 of Section 4; this canal runs south of, near, and ap-
proximately parallel to the main canal.
Canal F. Along the east boundary line of the S 1/2 oF
Section 4.
ROAD EASEMENTS. An easement for road ways over strips of
land 30 feet wide located adjacent to and along side the canals de-
scribed above, as set forth below.

Roadway A. Along the east side of Canal A.
Roadway B. Along the north side of Canal B.
Roadway C-1. Along the West side of Canal C.
Roadway C-2. Along the east side.of Canal C. `
Roadway D-l. Along the west side of Canal D.
Roadway D-2. Along the east side-of Canal D.
Roadway E-1. Along the south side of Canal E.
Roadway E-2. Along the north side of Canal E but
south of the main canal. ;
