BENEFIT OF EASEMENTS. The easements granted hereby shall
be private easements or t e common use and benefit of the lands '
conveyed by the several deeds referred to above and shall be appurtenant ;
to such lands, and are subject to the rights therein of the other ~
parties set forth in said instrument recorded in Official Records
Book 28 Page 585 St. Lucie County, Florida records.
RESERVATION. Grantor reserves all rights in and to the
easements containe in said instrument with respect to certain lands
retained by Dorothy Huff Stevens i.e. The W 1/2 of the N 1/2 of SW
1/4 of Section 4, Township 37 South Range 38 Ea~t, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND Dorothy Huff Stevens, joined by Walter B. Stevens, her
husband, also known as W. Bonfoey Stevens and W. B. Stevens, hereby
covenants with the Grantees that she has good right and lawful
~ authority to grant this Easement; and that she will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Dorothy Huff Stevens and Walter B. Stevens
her husband, also known as W. Bonfoey Stevens and W. B. Stevens, have
set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
