New York 1U015, as trustee under indenture da~ed as of October 2,
1950, as amended, for the benefit of American Motors Corpo~ation
' Salaried F~nployees Pension Plan "B" as to 90.4o?39d and as Trustee
u/a dated as of 7/3/68 with Kelvinator, Inc. for the Kelvinator,
Inc. Salaried F~aployees Pension Plan as to 9•5927~, Assignor, to
and for the benefit of THE NEW YORK BANK FOR SAVINGS, a New York `
banking corporation, with offices at 280 Park Avenue South, New
York, New York, Assignee. -
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Assignor hereby grants, transfers and assigns
to Assignee, without recourse, all of the right, title and inter-
est of Assignor in and to the follorring leases: (See assignment
of lease dated 3/29/67 by Peter E. Simon, et al to The Chase
Manhattan Bank (National Association~, as Trustee, etc. recorded
on 4/4/67 in O.R. Book 165 at page 1 00.)
1. Lease dated January 20, 1966, as smended August 4, 1966,
between Fort Pierce Associates, as Lessor, and Howard
Johnson's Motor Lodges, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as
Lessee. A Declaration of Lease was recorded with respect
to said lease on the 27th day of March, 1967, in O.R. Book
165, page 1133, Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, and which said lease demises the premises located
in S~int Lucie County, Florida.
2. Lease dated January 20, 1966, as amended August 4, 1966
and October 19, 1966 between Fort Pierce Associates, as
Lessor, and Howard Johnson's Motor Lodges, Inc., a Delaware
corporation, as Lessee. A Declaration of Lease was recorded
with respect to said lease on the 27th day of March, 19b7,
in O.R. Book 165, page 1131, Public Records of Saint Lucie
Cownty, Florida, and which said lease demises the premises
located in Duval County Florida.

This assignment shall apply to, inure to the benefit of, and bind ~
all parties hereto, their successors and assigns. ~
