TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the assignee and to
the successors, le~al representatives and assigns of the
assignee forever.
This assignment is made and accepted without any repre-
sentation, promise or warranty, either express or implied, and
neither the assignee nor its successors or assigns shall have any
recourse to the assignor or its successors either in its indi-
vidual or its fiduciary capacity in any event, and the assignee
for itself and its successors and assigns, by acceptance of this
assignment does hereby discharge the assignor and its successors
from any l~ability under or in c~nnection with this assignment.
