MORTGAGE CoMPANY, INC. , a Fl.orida corporation, mortgaqee and ~~N B•
NOIi~lIT2 and E3T~R NOI~i+IITZ, his wife, , mortgagors.
k~tiEREAS, the parties hereto under date of December 8.1971 entered unto a
certaxn mortqage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
t~ecord Book 198 , Page 1383 of the Public Records af St• Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows:
~ Lot 16, Block 81, RTVER PARK UNIT 9,
PAt~T "C", according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 28
and 28A thru 28B of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, pnrties hereto desire to modify, amend and c2uinqe aome of the
terms and pxovisions of safd Mortgage in order t2uit it n~ay set forth the
true, complete and intended aqreement between the pnrties:
NOW, T~REFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first~day
of Julv. 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the first day of June, 1997 , Mortgagors and Mortgagee
are desirous of amendinq the first payment due date to AuQUSt 1. 1972
and amending the final payment due date to July 1, 1997 at
which time the entire outstanding remaining principal bt~lance shall be paid
in full.
Except as hereby expressly modified, all the teYms, covenants, conditians
ancl provisions of the note and mortgage dated December 8, 1971 , shall ,
remain in full force and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their xespective successors, heirs and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and
seals ~his 28th day of June 1972.
