If a conveyance shoulri be made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
thereof, w~t~out the written consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular form of -
law t-y the grantee of the obligations to the Association created by said promissory note and this mort-
gage, then, and in that event, and at the option of the Association, and without natice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance become due and pay-
able and in default. The Association reserves the right to withhold consent to any such conveyance
ar~~ assumption until and unless satisfactory financial reports and other persona) data required by the
Association are furnished to the Association by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part
thereot. By giving its consent to such conveyance, t he Assoc+ation shall not be deemed to have released
tt~e mortgagor hereunder from any liability hereunder. The Association may ueal with successors in in-
ter~st with reference to tF~is mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the
mGrtgagOrS, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment ot the debt; secured hereby, or
otf~erwrse act without d~stharg+ng or in any way affecting the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the debt hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
suc, extenrf~n ; the time for payment of the debt, providing for differe~t monthly payments and/or a
differe~t interest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, wiihou~ losing any priority
th~: Association has over other mortgagees or lienors or i~olders of any junior interest in the property
secured hereby. -

centrally controlled, used to supply heai, gas, ai~ conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventila-
tion or other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or ~hereon, including screens, windo~~
shades, storm dooss and windows, floor coverings, screen doors, awnir~gs, stoves and water. heaters
(ati of which are +ntended to be ard are hereby declared to be a part of said real estate whether physic-
ally attached theretc or not?; and alsa together with all easements and the rents, issues and profits of
said pre.m;ses wh;ch are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set ove.- unto ihe Mcrtgagee, whether
now due or hereaf;er to become ciue as provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The
Mc~r;gagee is here5y subrogated to the rights of all mortgages, lienholders and owners paid otf by pro-
