TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also alf gas, steam, eleciric, water and other heating, `
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
~ may be detached or detact~able.
IT IS ~,~UTUALIY COVENANTED AN~J AGREEO by and between the parties hereto that ~pon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts opt~on, at anyt~me w~th~n twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore fvll payment of rh~s mortgage and notes sew~ed hereby, n~ake further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with ~nterest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be ~videnced by an add~tional note then
,,npa~d, and the toral amount of ~ndebtedness that may be secured by th~s n,ortgage may decrease or ~ncrease from time
ro t~me, but the total unpa~d balance so sewred at any one nme shall not exceed the max~mum principaf sum of

payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property covered by the lien of this mortgage with interest on such disburse-
