WITNESSETH: That the said part~of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (51.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do.~._
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successo~s, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie Counry,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
