16. This is a purchase money first mortgage guaranteed by the
United States Government's Small Business Administration and
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in SBA Loan No.
L-ME-141,862-10-07-MIA. The Note secured herein is further
secured by three mortgages of even date on property located
in Dade and Collier Counties towit;
a. Lots 10 and 11, Block 27, Amended plat of HIALEAH
HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 28, Page 24, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

The mortgagors herein covenant with the mortgagee that any default
under the terms of any of the mortgages abovedescribed shall
constitute simultaneous default of this mortgage and all the
mortgages abovedescribed and the Mortgagee may at its option
proceed to jointly and simultaneously foreclose all of the
mortgages in one or several civil actions.
