MODIFICATSON OF MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE F~IGHTS DEVELOPMENT COR.P. a Florida
coxporation, made and delivered its Mortgage to LEO WINE, which
Mortgage was dated December 4, 1965 and filed December 15, 1965
in Official Records Book 133 at Page 240 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which Mortgage was extended
by Extens ion Agreement between the parties dated October 29, 1970
and modified by Modification dated April 30, 1972, and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested an extension of said Mortgage
and the Note which it secures, and
WHEREP,S, Mortgagee has consented to grant such extensian subject,
however, to the terms and conditions hereof.

NOW, THEREFORE, for gaod and valuable consideration, it is
agreed as follows:
1. That there is presently due and owing on the Note secured
by this Mortgage the sum of $24,000.00 with accrued interest at the
rate prescribed in said Note.
2. That the maturity date of said Note is extended to June
10, 1973 at which time the then unpaid principal and the accrued
interest shall be due and payable.
3. In all other respects the said Note and Mortgage remain
in full force and effect.
