TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY notified that a suit was instituted by the
above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants, in the
above-named Court on the 24th day of August, 1372, involving
oroperty situate in Saint Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
The East 1/2 of the West 4 acres of the following;
The South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the SE 1~4 of
the St~l 1/4 of Section 30, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, less the South 48 feet all lying in Saint
Lucie County, Florida. EXCEPTING ~herefrom all
easements for public roads and drainage canals.
THE RELIEF SOUGHT in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
mortgage owned and held by the Plaintiff encumbering the above-
described property and for other relief set forth in the complaint.
