. SEE-MORTGAGE ASSIGNED HEREIN FOR DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY.
This Assignment of Mortgage, together with ttie promissory note secured
by the mortgage assigned herein, are given as collateral security for a
promissory note dated August 16, 1972, given by the Assignors, as Makers,
to the Assignee in the principal amount of $15,000.00, payable in five
equal annual payments of $3,000.00, plus interest at the rate of 7'-~J6
payable annually. And it is agreed by the Assignors that the Assignee
shall be entitled to collect or receive the money due under the mort-
gage assigned herein; however, the surplus, if any, over and above the
sum at any time due to First National Bank of Lake Wales shall be paid
to the Assignors. And the Assignors further agree that in the event
of a default under the above described promissory note for which this
Assignment is given as collateral, or any default in the payment of
any other sums due to First National Bank of Lake Wales by the Makers
of said note, the First National Bank of Lake Wales shall be entitled
to consider this Assignment as unconditional and absolute.
Together with the note or obligation described in said Mortgage, and the moneys due and to become
due thereon, with interest from the 16th day of August , 19 72 .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said part y of the second part,
i its successors and assigns forever.
