In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have ~eceived, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obst~uctio~s that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across _my/our pro-
perty described as follows: ~
