constitute covenants running with the land, and shall be binding
upon all parties or persons subsequently acquiring an interest
in tlie land described above; and in consideration of receiving
and by acceptance of a grant, devise or mortgage, a11 grantees,
devisees, or mortgagees, their heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns, and all parties claiming by, throuqh or
under such persons agree to be bound by the provisions hereof:
(a) Use ana Name Designation of Premises: The premises
herein conveyed, together with improvements and facilities
hereafter constructed thereon, shall be useu only far civic
purposes such as school, library, religious activities and.
functions, public meetings, farums, educational programs,
social ana recreational activities and other similar purposes
of a non-commercial nature. The words "PORT ST. LUCIE" shall
at all times constitute a portion of the named designation
for the facilities and improvements situatea on the premises;
and all signs, literature, brochures, etc., employed in
connection with the use of saia premises shall likewise contain
the words "PORT ST. LUCIE" when the premises are referred to and
designated.
(b) Approval of Plans and Specifications: Prior to start of
construction of any kind, inciuding but not limite~ to original
construction, alterations or modifications, all plans and spec-
ifications shall be submitted for approval to General Development
Corporation. General Development Corporation shall review the
data submitted as to aesthetical, functional and economical
con~ormance with the area and its proposed develQpment.
(c) Parking Facilities: Off-street parking f acilities shall be
provided on the property of the purchaser. ~
(d) Garbage and Trash Disposal: The purchaser shall be res-
ponsible for maintaining sanitary conditions.
(e) Enforcement: In the event of a violation or breach of any
of the foregoing restrictions, General Development Corporation,
its successors or assigns, shall have the right to proceed at
law or in equity to compel a compliance with the terms hereof ~
or to preverit the violation or breach of any of them. Failure
