foregoing restrictions, however long continuea, sha11 not be
neenied a waiver of the right to do so thereafter as to the same
breach or as to a breach occuring prior or subsequent thereto and
shall not bar or affect its enforcement.
(f) Amendment of Restrictions: These restrictions may be
altered, amenaea or rescinded in whole or in part at any time by
General Deve~opment Corporation, its successors or assigns;
providea, however, that this provision shall not be construed to
permit General Development Corporation, its successors or assigns,
to create aaaitional restrictions on the premises.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the
title to saiu land, and will 4efend the sanie against the lawful cl~ims
of ail persons whomsoever.
