Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
take acknowledgments and administer oatlls, personally appeared i
RAYMOND A.-BLADBN, who, after being by me first duly sworn upon
oath says: Z'hat my name is RAYMOND A. BLADEN, that Affiant is
the son of BARNES C. BLADEN (now deceased) and BESSIE B. BIADEN.
T'hat Affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that BARNES C,
BLADEN and BESSIE B. BLADEN were married to each other at the
time they acquired the title to the above flescribed property on
April 29, 1959 and that they remained husband and wife continuously
until the death of BARNES C. BLADEN on July 10, 1972.
Affiant says nothing further.
