NINTH: The Mortgagor he?eby woives all rights of homesfead and exemption granted by the Consfitufion ond !ows of
Florido. It is specificolly agreed that time is of the essence in this tontroct and that no woiver br the Mortgagee of ony obl~gat~on
hereunder or of the obligation secured hereby shall at any fime thereofter be held to be o waiver of the ferms hereof or of the
obligotion secured hereby.
TENTH: Upon ony sale, t~ansfer or tonveyance of the property herein described ond covered by this mortgage to anr
person, firm or corporotion, not previously opproved in writin~ by fhe holder of this morlgoge, the Mortgagee or holder shall hove
the right to accelerute the maturity of this mongoge as though it we~e due and payable on the day of such trensfe? ond to demand
poyment in full of the said mortgage amount or any unpaid balante thereof, and to exercise olt the rights and remedies he~ein or
by low rescrved to said Mortgogee the same os in any event of defavlt hereunder, onything in the promissory note setured
hereby or herein to fhe contrary nofhwithstanding.
BEVENTH: If foretbsure prxeedings of any second mortgage or second trust deed or any junior lien of ony kind should
be instituted, the Mo~tgagee may, at its option immediotely or thereafter declare this mortgage and the indebtedness securcd
hereby due and poyoble.
TWBFTH: Thot in the event the premises hereby mortga~ed, or any pan thereof, shall be condemned and taken for public
use under fhe power of emine~t domain, the Mortgagee shall have the right to demond that oll damoges owarded for the taking
of or damages to soid premises shall be paid to the Mortgagee, up to fhe omount then unpaid on this mortgage and the obligation
secured hereby and moy be epplied upon the poyments last payable under this mo?tgage and the obligotion secured hereby.
THIRTEENTH: Thot i~ntallments, poyoble under the terms hereof and the note secured hereby, not paid when due, sholl be
subject, after fiheen (IS) days from the due date thereof, ro, and it is agreed Morigogee shall collect thereo~ and therewith, a
"late chorge" in the emount of four per tent (4%) of the instnllment due upon eath suth delinquent instollment, and suu'~ "late
charges" ore secured by the lien heieof.
FOURTEENTN: Without impairing the obligations of Mortgogor co~toincd in paragrophs SKOND, THIRD ond FOURTH
hereof, and for applitation to the pu?poses thereof iruofar os the same shall be suffitient, Mortgagor shall, in addition to the
monthly poymenh of principal and interest as stated in the original rate (and in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be
made, poy o monthly sum and amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the estimated annual taxes, asseuments and ir?surance
premiums upon the real estate sewrity, as the amount thereof is detetmined from time to time by the Mortgogee.

~ FIFTEENTH: That Me Mortgagor sholl fumish annually, at Me request of the Morfgogee, flnancial statements in form and
i certified in a manner satisfadory to the Mortgagee.
SIXTEENTH: This mortgage also sea?res any and all renewals and exteruions of the promissory note referred to herein and
secured hereby, and all irutallments thereof, and olw any other ~otes whith have been or may bc given fo the Mortgagee by the '
Mortgagor, and any other indebtedness of the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee which, however, sholl not exceed at any one time
