St. Lucie County, Florida

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority personally appeared
RICHARD MAYR, wha being first duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is the surviving spouse of Ruth Mayr and that
he and said Ruth Mayr were husband and wife on February 22, ~
1957, when they acquired title to the above-captioned property.
2. Said relationship of husband and wife was continuous
and uninterrupted from February 22,~1957, through April 3, 1959,
upon which date said Ruth Mayr passed away.
Further Affiant saith not.
