WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the ";tortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie Coun[y, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, ~,'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "~tortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has.requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage;
NOt~', THEREFORE, the said *tortgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and oeher good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does rer~ise, quit claira, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mo;tgage unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the pre~ises con-
veyed bp said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

of
VENTtTRE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. I.ucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book lb, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby riade for a more complete
descrigtion of the prer~ises.
TO IIAVE AND TO HOLA the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
Piortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided alh~ays, nevertheless, that nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impafr, alt.er or diminish the effect
lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
mortgaged premises, not hereby re~eased therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
