SCHEDULE A
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way
line of State Road AIA, and the North line of the North
100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in
the North half (N1/2) of Section 23, Township 3~ South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; thence running
North 89 degrees, 49 minutes East, 260.9 feet; thence '
South 22 degrees, 11 minutes East, 100 feet; thence South
89 degrees, 19 minutes West, 265.35 feet to the Easterly
right-of-way line of State Road AIA, thence run North
18 degrees 18 minutes West 100 feet to the point of
beginn3ng. Said tract being a part of the North 100 feet
of the South 1700 feet of aforesaid Government Lot 1,
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and lying East of the
Easterly right-of-way line of State Road AIA and running
easterly to the Atlantic Ocean, together with littoral
and riparian rights appurtenant thereunto.
