CONSENT TO LIEN
Whereas Modulex Home Communities, Inc. is the
owner of the following described real property lying and
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
See Schedule A attached hereto
and
Whereas New Jersey Industries, Inc. has from the
period extending from March 10, 1970 to and including
August 1, 1972, advanced money and/or goods, and/or chattels
and/or wares and/or merchandise to aid idodulex Home Communities
Inc. in its business of planting, farming and/or timber getting
in the total sum of $641,198.35. Said Modulex Home Communities
in accordance with Florida Statute 713.71 does hereby consent
to a lien in the amount aforestated upon all crops and products
grown by Modulex Home Communities, Inc. on the aforedescribed
real property in favor of New Jersey Industries, Inc.
