CONSENT TO LIEN
Whereas hiodulex Home Communities, Inc. is the
owner of the following described real property lying and '
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida to wit:
SeeSchedule A attached hereto

and
~~lhereas Kroywen, Inc. has from the period extending
from riarch 10, 1970 to and including August l, 1972, advanced
money and/or goods, and/or chattels and/or wares and/or
r,ierchandise to aid Modulex Home Communities, Inc. in its
business of planting, farming and/or timber getting in the
total sum of $219,100. Said t•lodulex Home Communities in
accordance with Florida Statute ?13.71 does hereb~ consent to
a lien in the amount aforestated upon all crops and products
grown by t~lodulex Home Communities, Inc, on the aforedescribed
real property in favor of Kroywen, Inc.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand as
