If a con~eyance shout~i he made by the m~rtgagors of the premises herein described, or any part
~hereof, wistiout tn~ wr+iten consent of the Association, and without assumption in regular fo~m of
!aw t-y thP grantee ot the obligations to the Association createa by said promissory note and this mort-
ga~;e, then, and in that event, and at the optioh of the Association, and without notice, all sums of
money secured hereby shall immediately and concurrently w;th such conveyance become due and pay-
able and in default. The Association reserves the righi to withhold consent to any such conveyance
ar~c~ assumpti~n until and unless ~atisfactory financial reports and other personaf data required by the
Assc-r_;at~en are furnished to the Associat:on by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part
thereot. By g~ving its consent to such conveyance, the Association shall not be deemed to have released
tF~e mor~r~ag~r hereunder from any liability he?eunder. The Association may dea) with successors in in-
ter~st w~th reference to this mortage and the debt hereby secured in the same manner as with the
mort~agors, and may forbear to sue or may extend time for payment of the debt, secured hereby, or
ott~erwise act w~thout discharg~ng or in any way affecting the liability of the mortgagors hereunder
or upon the deb~ hereby secured. The Association may also deal with the Mortgagors and/or with
successors in interest with reference to this mortgage and the debt hereby secured by forbearing to
svc, extend~n~; the t~me for p~yment of the debt, providing for diffe~ent monthly payments and/or a
different ~nterest rate, and by other express modifications of the contract, withouf losing any priority

tion or other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, including screens, windov~

(all of which are ~ntended ~o be and are here'ay declared to be a part of said real estate whether physic-
aliy attached theret~ or n~t); and also together with all easements and the renis, issues and profits cf
said premises ~vhich are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto ihe Mcrtgagee, whether
now duc or hereaf;er tc beco:ne ciue as provided in the Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The
