The Association reserves the righi to withhold consent to any such conveyance ar~c~ assumpti~n until and unless ~atisfactory financial reports and other personaf data required by the Assc-r_;at~en are furnished to the Associat:on by the party acquiring title to the premises, or any part thereot.
