Statutes, in Official Record Book , pages 5'> > 8 of the public records of S t._ Luc i e_Co. Ftorida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All ~ights and obligations under this mo~tgage shall extend to a~d be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
